Is your mind in need of a workout to better manage the stresses and constant outside stimulation of our modern world?
More and more science and research is coming our way about the powerful benefits of Mindfulness Meditation and the direct positive effect it can have on our day-to-day life.
Become aware of your awareness! Gatherings will include a guided body scan and meditation. As well as breath work, discussion, and refreshments.
All levels of meditation experience and all ages are welcome!
