We are a team of Professional Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists and Wellness practitioners and instructors, all professionally trained, with years of hands on experience helping clients to achieve a healthy lifestyle.  Our LMBTs (Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists) have had an additional 150 hours of professional training over the North Carolina Massage and Bodywork Licensing Board's required 500 hours. All are certified in Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork Therapy and must continue their education every year to maintain their license.   Our Wellness instructors have had hours of training and practice in their areas of expertise as well. 
We all share a common vision:  to help you improve your overall health and wellbeing through integrative  therapies and stress management tools,
